PACCAR Australia actively recruits new university graduates to fill a range of entry-level positions in fields such as: Accounting and Finance, Customer Service, Human Resources, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Engineering, Marketing and Sales, Operations/Materials Handling/Planning, Quality Assurance/Supplier Quality, Production Assembly and Supply Chain Management
During our four-year program, graduates experience ‘real jobs’ that make real contributions to our business. They gain experience across a variety of departments, with rotations lasting around 12 to18 months, according to the needs of the business.
In their first year, graduates learn about truck models, our company history and core business skills. They get hands-on manufacturing experience in our Kenworth plant – along with the opportunity for further training in programs such as Six Sigma, leadership and presentation skills. And to help our graduates get the experience and knowledge they need, we assign a mentor from our business to each one.
Graduates can apply for vacant permanent positions within PACCAR at any stage during their program, or when they finish, we offer them a permanent role that suits their expertise. To express your interest in the 2016 Graduate intake, please follow this link to our careers page.
