On 12th September, PACCAR Australian attended the 5th Annual Victorian Manufacturing Showcase in the Kardinia Park precinct in Geelong where more than 40 innovative Australian companies in manufacturing, food and wine and carbon exporting had the opportunity to showcase their products and services. Officially opening the showcase was Minister for Industry and Employment, Ben Carroll.
Each year, the Victorian Manufacturing Showcase has a theme, this year’s being “Evolve. Grow. Prosper”, which provided local companies an opportunity to present on the hurdles and challenges they face in an ever changing landscape and highlighted the diversity of the multibillion dollar industry.
PACCAR Australia was given the opportunity to talk about and display our Australian designed and manufactured Kenworth T610 to a range of knowledgeable and passionate people, as well as attend presentations to gain valuable insights from successful Victorian manufacturers.
“The Manufacturing Showcase brings some of our best and brightest manufacturers under one roof – and highlights the diversity of the multibillion dollar industry,” said Minister for Industry and Employment, Ben Carroll.
