One of Australia’s largest and most successful regional truck dealerships, TCTC Kenworth DAF Wodonga, has been awarded the 2016 Kenworth Dealer of the Year. It is the sixth time the dealership has won the award, and was among a number of awards the dealership achieved over the past year.
Open to Kenworth dealers across Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea, the award is judged on a points system across five main areas, including general dealership performance, truck sales, customer service, finance and parts support.
PACCAR Australia’s Director Sales and Marketing, Brad May, congratulated the dealership’s co-owners – Dealer Principal, Chris Dziedzic, and Sales Manager, Justin Brooks – at the prestigious PACCAR Dealer Awards dinner last weekend at Sanctuary Cove and commended them for their outstanding Kenworth sales, service and support.
“TCTC Kenworth DAF Wodonga has been named Kenworth Dealer of the Year six times now, which is a remarkable achievement and says a lot about the dealership, its staff and their ongoing commitment,” Brad said.
“The Kenworth Dealer of the Year award is not about who sells the most trucks, but which dealer provides the best overall performance for the customer. TCTC Kenworth DAF Wodonga is most deserving of this award and is an excellent example of a Kenworth dealer,” he added.
“This dealer operates from exceptional facilities and has maintained outstanding industry standards for a number of years by providing superior customer service in every facet of the business,” Brad added.
“It is evident Wodonga strives for customer advocacy by providing on-time and well communicated service for all customers. They are continuously among the top performing dealerships for Net Promoter Scores, well above the average goal for parts and service absorption for the past two years, their facilities are outstanding, and it is a team that truly sticks to its slogan ‘gottaluvtrucks’.”
TCTC Kenworth DAF Wodonga’s Dealer Principal, Chris Dziedzic, said he was pleased to accept the Kenworth award on behalf of all his staff.

The Kenworth Dealer of the Year program is structured to reward the best performing dealers within the PACCAR dealer network. The award recognises superior performance across the business, not just truck sales but customer relationships, excellent facilities, parts and service support and market share.
TCTC Kenworth DAF Wodonga has won a number of awards to date, most notably the Kenworth Dealer of the Year in 1988, 1989, 1996, 2004 and 2010. It has also taken out the DAF Service Dealer of the Year award in 2008 and 2009, the Kenworth Service Dealer of the Year in 2005 and the PACCAR Parts Dealer of the Year winner in 2012. In 2016 they were also named PACCAR Parts Dealer of the Year and PACCAR Financial Dealer of the Year.
