Our Graduate Program gives new graduates broad business exposure to a range of functions across our company.

Program outline
During our four-year program, graduates experience ‘real jobs’ that make real contributions to our business.
They gain experience across a variety of departments, with rotations lasting around 12 to18 months, according to the needs of the business.
In their first year, graduates learn about truck models, our company history and core business skills. They get hands-on manufacturing experience in our Kenworth plant – along with the opportunity for further training in programs such as Six Sigma, leadership and presentation skills. And to help our graduates get the experience and knowledge they need, we assign a mentor from our business to each one.
Graduates can apply for vacant permanent positions within PACCAR at any stage during their program, or when they finish, we offer them a permanent role that suits their expertise.
